چکیده
Cervical cancer (CC) is the fourth most common cause of death among women globally. Nearly 90% CC mortality occurs in low- and middle-income countries. Hence there an urgent need for identification new biomarkers early diagnosis treatment CC. Current research aims to investigate effect mechanism estrogen receptor 1 aurora kinase A as potential diagnostic cervical cancer. Gene microarray datasets GSE8703 GSE9750 were acquired from Set Omnibus evaluated using GEO2R identify differentially expressed genes. Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses genes performed clusterProfiler R package. protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed Search Tool Retrieval Interacting Genes/Proteins (STRING) visualized Cytoscape; hub screened cytoHubba plug-in. Receiver operating characteristic curve survival analysis candidate Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis Database. The University California, Santa Cruz, (UCSC)-XENA platform used analyze pan-cancer biomarker expression. relative expression normal tissues determined Human Protein Atlas Estrogen (ESR1) Aurora (AURKA) identified ESR1 actively but limited tissues. AURKA least highly results confirmed by immunohistochemistry. herein can enable serve therapeutic targets

Plasma Level of miRNA-7, miRNA-409 and miRNA-93 as Potential Biomarkers for Colorectal Cancer
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is among deadliest cancers all over the world. Regarding its high mortality, some researches have focused to discover new applicable diagnosis methods. In this regard, circulatory miRNAs has been received huge consideration as promising biomarkers for early detection of CRC. The study aimed to evaluate the expression level of miRNA-7, miRNA-93, and miRNA-409 in plasma of...
متن کاملA review on miRNAs as new biomarkers for colorectal cancer
Background & Objective: Since colorectal cancer does not often have phenotypic symptoms in the early stages, the study of biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of the tumor is very important. MicroRNAs are one of the most important biomarkers which attract the attention of many researchers due to a variety of reasons, including their non-invasive nature; these molecules are a group of non-...
متن کاملHigh Expression of Sphingosine Kinase 1 in Estrogen and Progesterone Receptors-Negative Breast Cancer
Background & objective: Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer related death in females. Sphingosine kinase 1 (SPHK1) and its product sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) are the essential key regulator molecules in breast cancer through their ability to promote cell proliferation, angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and lymphagiogenesis. SPHK1 i...
متن کاملBioinformatics-Based Prediction of FUT8 as a Therapeutic Target in Estrogen Receptor-Positive Breast Cancer
Abstract Introduction: Estrogen receptor-positive (ER-positive) breast cancer is a subgroup of breast tumors that is more likely to respond to hormone therapy. ER-positive and ER- negative breast cancers tend to show different patterns of metastasis because of different signaling cascade and genes that are activated by estrogen response. Genetic factors can contribute to high rates of metastas...
